Welcome to this big NTUB family! Let me show you some fun things about this university!
Applied Foreign Language students need to take basic courses such as Western Literature and English writing, as you can imagine. Interestingly, there is one big advantage for AFL students in NTUB. Our university is a “business orientation” school, as literally seen in the name “NTUB”. There is such a great opportunity for AFL students to learn business skills, not just in this department, but also by way of a variety of other options, in other departments in our school. If you want to learn extra business and financial knowledge during your college time, grab the chance and you’ll find much more resources in this little campus in Taipei.
On top of that, activities outside school are also important for college life. I was one of the members of AFL student association in my sophomore year, and we had a chance to connect with students outside of our department or even outside our school. School life in NTUB will definitely blow your mind if you are willing to try these exciting new opportunities. My friends created the first Bartender culture club in NTUB. That was a brand-new experiences for us during the school year. Please do not hesitate to join this or any clubs you are into!
