本系系徽創作原由

圖案右邊「小文」為商業文書科(Dept. of Secretarial Science)的吉祥物，1997年由84級王威人學長創作。商業文書科在昔日以培育業界秘書專才為主，「血滴娃娃」的卡通造型，象徵培養本科學生「能屈能伸，柔和處世」的特質與精神。

圖案左邊「小語」為應用外語系科(Dept. of Applied Foreign Languages)的吉祥物，2001年由89級的鐘璘學姐創作。北商於該年升格為技術學院，應用外語系科為首批改制之科系，「蜜蜂娃娃」的卡通造型，象徵期許應外系科的學生如同蜜蜂「勤奮不懈、勇往直前」，開創北商新契機的精神。

今年為商業文書科成立35週年及應用外語系科成立10週年紀念，又適逢民國100年，設計者97級林雨潔同學，以熱氣球融合臺灣100年、北商商文35年、應外10年的概念，期許本系「蓄勢待發、一飛沖天」！

The origin of the department logo "Xiao Wen" on the right side of the pattern is the mascot of the Department of Secretarial Science, created in 1997 by senior Wang Weiren of the Class of 1984. In the past, the Commercial Secretarial Department focused on nurturing secretarial professionals in the industry. The cartoon shape of the "blood drop doll" symbolizes the cultivation of the characteristics and spirit of undergraduate students to be "flexible and gentle in dealing with the world." "Xiao Yu" on the left side of the pattern is the mascot of the Department of Applied Foreign Languages, created in 2001 by senior Zhong Lin from the class of 1989. In that year, NTUC was upgraded to a technical college, and the Department of Applied Foreign Languages ​​was one of the first departments to be restructured. The cartoon shape of the "Bee Doll" symbolizes the expectation that students of the Department of Applied Foreign Languages ​​will be "diligent and courageous" like bees, and create new opportunities for NTUC. This year marks the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Department of Business Writing and the 10th anniversary of the Department of Applied Foreign Languages. It also coincides with the 100th year of the Republic of China. The designer, Lin Yujie, Class of 1997, used the hot air balloon to combine the concepts of 100 years of Taiwan, 35 years of business and literature at NTUC, and 10 years of applied foreign languages, hoping that the department will be "ready to soar into the sky"!

本系校友會簡介

本系已積極籌備校友會，現任籌備會召集人趙恩翎先生，2000年自商業文書科畢業，現任富邦人壽業務襄理一職。趙先生協助提攜本校及本系同學畢業發展不遺餘力，近年來除熱心舉辦多場學生職涯輔導講座外，並與各系畢業生建立良好溝通管道。若本系科畢業校友有意加入校友會，可與趙先生聯繫。聯繫方式如下：
